The school takes safeguarding duties very seriously and encourages all members of staff, volunteers, visitors, parents and carers to work together to secure the highest quality of care for all our children.
Your child's safety and welfare is of paramount importance, overriding all other considerations. Schools are legally required to follow set procedures and the LA requires the Head Teacher/Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Child Protection to report any obvious or suspected cases of child abuse, which includes non-accidental injury, severe physical neglect, emotional abuse and/or sexual abuse.
