Complaints Procedure
At Orchid Vale, it is important to us that we work together with you as parents and carers to provide the best educational experience for your children. This is most effectively achieved through regular and productive dialogue between the school staff and parents/carers. If there is something at school that you are unahppy about or feel that you need to know more about, please come and speak to someone in the first instance. Very often, if raised early, your concerns can be dealt with by your child's class teacher through productive discussion and two-way communication. If you are still concerned and feel that your concern has not been dealt with appropriately, then please follow the steps outlined in the Trust Complaints Policy on our policy page.
